Attend a live event

A live event is [can we describe?]. Once you have the link to jon a live event, you can attend, watch the presentations, pause and resume the event, adjust your volument and video quality. If there's a Q&A enabled, you can type in questions and see the moderators' answers.

To join a live event as an attendee, you will need to:

  • Click on the link included in the calendar invite. You will have the option to join via the Microsoft Team App, or via the Web App. Choose the option that works best for you.
  • You can join with your name, or if you wish to, anonymously.
  • During the event you can pause the event and resume from where you left off, adjust your volume and video quality.

If the organiser has set up live Q&A you can ask questions, and you can choose to display your name, or post the question anonymously.
